Common Neoplastic Lesions of  the Kidney:     

-- Oncocytoma, fragmented

-- Sclerosing adenosis, hyalinized fibroadnoma

Common Non-neoplastic Abnormalities of  the Kidney:     

-- Marked subacute and chronic ureteritis and pyelonephritis with mural fibrosis

-- Chronic interstitial nephritis and fibrosis

-- Marked ureteral mural muscular hypertrophy and fibrosis consistent with UPJ obstruction

-- Severe hydronephrosis with diffuse cortical atrophy, focal chronic inflammation and fibrosis, secondary to obstruction

-- End stage renal disease with extensive hyalinized glomerular sclerosis (greater than 90%) and parenchymal atrophy
