Synoptic Template:  Esophagus -- Resection for Carcinomas

For resection specimen with carcinomas of the esophagus including esophagogastric junction carcinoma. 

NOT for GIST, low-grade neuroendocrine tumors, or endoscopic mucosal resection specimen.
