Synoptic Template:  Kidney (Renal Pelvis) & Ureter -- Nephrectomy for Carcinoma

     For resection specimens with primary carcinomas of  renal pelvis and ureter. 

       NOT for Wilms tumors or tumors of renal tubular origin such as renal cell carcinomas.
