Follicular Center Lymphoma (FCCL)

Grade

Designation and Histologic Features

Small cleaved FCCL: more than 75% of the cells are small. The vast majority of this type of FCCL have a completely nodular architecture

Mixed small cleaved and large cell FCCL: between 50% and 75% of the cells are small. Most cases of this type of FCCL have at least a partially nodular architecture, but some may have diffuse areas.

Less than 50% of the cells are small. Most cases of this type of FCCL are predominantly diffuse, but many may have at least focal nodularity.
